HR Specialist, Korea
[담당업무]
Be a focal point for employee queries on HR operations and guide associates if in need todirect to right person in charge.
Maintain and process HRIS system with high level of accuracy, and coach people leaders managing HRIS for people intelligence.
Provide analysis or reports on HR metrics, compliance reporting, training tracking, headcount reporting, and file employee documents electronically maintaining and protecting confidentiality
Guide on-boarding process to hiring manager for meaningful new hire experience, and maintain new hire documentation. Plan and schedule periodic New Hire Orientation with internal instructors.
As a payroll upstream process owner, prepare monthly payroll for data input. payroll downstream process will be owned by Payroll Specialist, and this position will work closely with Payroll Specialist for flawless execution
Be a main contact person for HR operational partnering vendors and handling contract, invoice, and payments.
Participate (sometimes lead) diverse HR related projects collaborating diverse Cytiva / Danaher HR teams: This may include global-wide HR related projects and country-wide HR related projects. The area of scope can vary so will closely work with cross x country / cross x functional teams from Payroll, Comp and Benefits, Recruiting, Learning and Development and other center of excellence
Plan and prepare events such as annual benefits enrollment, Long Service Awards, Employee Engagement Activities
Bachelor’s degree in related area
Organization experience (as an internship or as a Specialist) is required.
Knowledge on Human Resources is a must, good to have 1-2 experience in HR.
Solid interpersonal skills; prioritizing tasks effectively
Ability to execute flawlessly - attention to details and accuracy in documentation and communication
Self-starter in identifying areas for improvement and taking action
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to build a relationship with key partners (Associates + Hiring Manager + HR) in English & Korean across the business
Ability to comfortably work in partnership of cross x country + cross x function in inclusive and diverse culture
