- Report providing in-depth analysis of survey results aimed at enhancing Volvo's premium brand positioning.

- Provide comprehensive reporting on training measurements in terms of quality and quantity metrics.

- Possess robust background knowledge of Volvo's sales processes, regular auditing procedures, and systems.

- Independently compile analyzed data, conduct studies, and draw meaningful insights using a didactic, methodical, and strategic approach.

- Rapidly provide feedback to dealer participants and openly discuss potential solutions.

- Analyze and handle recurring administrative tasks related to sales training.

- Support and lead on-demand internal communication efforts by collaborating across teams.

- Share any relevant updates with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and provide insights to direct supervisor
