모집 포지션 

 1. 세일즈팀

  - Customer Management and Sales Activities:

   : Contribute to acquiring new customers and maintaining/enhancing relationships with existing ones.

   : Build knowledge about cosmetic product lines for effective product explanations and marketing support.

  - Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

   : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve designated sales targets.

   : Update and optimize sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.

  - Order and Inventory Management:

   : Process and manage customer orders, and monitor inventory levels.

   : Anticipate customer demand and maintain appropriate product quantities.

  - Team Collaboration and Reporting:

   : Ensure smooth collaboration within the sales team.

   : Regularly report on sales activities and share with the team.

  - Marketing Support:

   : Participate in promotional and marketing events to contribute to increased brand awareness.

   : Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement. 

 2. 고객서비스팀

  - Performing (internal or external) customer research by means of including surveys, product analytics, market research, interviews, online forums, or other cost-effective means of gaining insight into the voice of the customer. Using this insight to define the customer segments that the product will target, to understand those customers goals, and how they would gain value from our products

  - Managing our reviews, monitoring feedback, and responding to the reviews directly from platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, etc.)

  - Ensuring the accuracy of incoming shipment of goods, order completeness of outgoing shipments, the consolidation of orders, and timely shipping of products

  - Collaborating with data analyst and designer to create Journey Maps, Personas and Scenarios of Use

  - Establishing, monitoring, and analyzing digital experience metrics to uncover opportunity and informing strategy and optimization 

급여

 - 세일즈팀 : 연봉 42,000불

  : 경력자의 경우 50,000불 이상 가능

 - 고객서비스팀 : 시간당 20불

기타

 - 회사에서 도보 7분 거리 기숙사 제공(개인 부담금 500~700불)

  : 기숙사가 만실일 경우 지원 불가능

 - 회사 내규에 따른 유급 병가, 휴가 제공

근무시간

 - 월~목요일, 오전 8시 30분~오후 5시 30분 / 금요일 오전 8시~오후 5시
