모집안내
◾ 채용부문 : Transportation Planner, Foreign Logistic Planner
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상
◾ 근무시간: 6:45AM - 16:00PM
◾ 급여: $16 / an hour
◾ 연 환산 급여: 약 $ 33,280 (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 10 days of PTO, Paid holidays, Lunch provided, $500/month for rental support
◾ 자격조건 : 졸업자 우대
Job Description
Transportation Planner | MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads, tender freight to third-party carriers.
- Update Transportation Management System with current shipment information.
- Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail.
- Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process oversight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.
- Complete daily logs and trackers.
- Schedule and send orders/requests to multiple carriers for outbound shipments distribution centers/customers.
- Ensure all pickup and delivery appointments are made between receiver and Customer Company's order lists and track orders to ensure on-time delivery (TMS) to receiver.
- Excellent and prompt communication skills with customers to solve any delivery issues.
- Prepare various reports on a daily basis.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills both in Korean and English required
