미국 본사 외에 한국지사를 설립하여, 홍콩데이터센터, 일본데이터센터를 구축하여 운영관리하고 있습니다

근무지 위치 : 미국 캘리포니아주 LA

담당업무

1. Upkeep of customer’s and internal servers(Linux/Windows based) and VMs 2. Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner 3. Respond to emergency calls 4. Identify and troubleshoot simple hardware failures on x86-based servers to include the replacement of failed hardware components 5. Support servers running Microsoft Windows Server, CentOS, Ubuntu Linux Server 6. Troubleshoot simple local area network (LAN) connectivity issues and reestablish remote access to customer configurations utilizing SSH, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services or Remote Access Controllers 7. Complete the troubleshooting, configuration and replacement of network device hardware including access and aggregation switches, firewalls, load-balancers and security appliances 8. Complete the troubleshooting, configuration and replacement of storage devices including DAS and NAS arrays 9. Complete customer configuration maintenances including hardware modification, operating system installation, mounting of the devices within cabinets and completion of all cabling needs required 10. Troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling including initial installation testing as well as connectivity issues with previously deployed copper or fiber cabling

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Upkeep of customer’s and internal servers(Linux/Windows based) and VMs - Support servers running Microsoft Windows Server, CentOS, Ubuntu Linux Server

근로조건

- 연봉 : 한화 약 5,100만원 내외 ($18/hrs, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)

- 월~금 주40시간 근무

- 중식 회사 제공

- 교통비 매월 별도 지급 ($200/monthly)

- 해외정착지원금 500만원 수령 가능 (한국산업인력공단 지원)
