물류사무직 (0명) | 담당업무 모집부문 : Logistics Coordinator 업무내용 : The Logistics Coordinator – IPS is responsible for the coordinator of export shipments. As well, this role assists with document preparation, bookings, customs clearance, and managing and updating shipments. 1. Monitor Customer Emails and call queues to ensure timely, professional, and courteous responses ∙ Create and provide solutions to Expedited Customers for International shipments via Air 2. Ensure solutions are delivered timely, ensuring the best possible transit times utilizing previous experience, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a passion for the customer experience 3. Enter all shipments and related information into the TMS as required on time 4. Route shipments, prepare documentation and book shipments with air and ground providers as required 5. Execute problem resolution during the transit of all shipments 6. Ensure any delays or issues are accurately communicated to the customer on time 7. Evaluate rates from vendors and carriers to ensure they are competitive and market-based 8. Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of shipments with shippers, consignees, and local customers 9. Coordinate with airlines, carriers, agents, and brokers to secure scheduling, rates, and service commitments 10. Instruct agents & airlines to ensure all shipments are transported smoothly, and in compliance with regulations 11. Monitor/update all shipment milestones and statuses in the TMS, entering full & complete notes as required 12. Ensure TSA compliance throughout the lifecycle of all shipments 13. Enter fail types and failure event notes as necessary 14. Organize and manage multiple priorities and task simultaneously 15. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed 16.
