[담당업무]

Key responsibility 1 : Retail/Wholesale boutique operation management

• Managing/Provide BTQ material (Uniforms, stationery, PLV)

• Monthly boutique schedule management (staff roster, mall promotion, etc.)

• Following up on boutique requests (equipment, documents, IT system errors, maintenance etc)

• Handle Expenses (Create POs, boutique billing follow up)

• Support the miscellaneous commercial team works

Key responsibility 2 : Sales report and analysis

• Provide retail and wholesale reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

• Daily update for Boutique stock status

• Any ad-hoc reporting when needed

Key responsibility 3 : Others

• Support for various commercial projects

• Support in office/boutiques as needed across all channels (i.e., events, trainings, etc.)

• Update Expense history
