[GFI Korea] Facilities Office Administrator
[담당업무]
• Act as the point of contact for office support, administration and facilities across Korea.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen stock.
• Handle courier and mail services administration.
• Procure company branded products such as envelopes, lanyards and promotional gifts.
• Arrange tokens from the Company for congratulations and condolences.
• Carry out facilities maintenance in partnership with building management and vendors.
• Arrange the installation and repair of furniture, appliances and equipment in the office.
• Manage building and office access for employees and visitors.
• Order and distribute business cards.
• Apply for and maintain limits for employee corporate cards.
• Manage contracts with vendors such as golf resorts and travel agencies.
• Assist employees with hotel bookings under the Company membership.
• Manage employee lists for alternative driver and call taxi services.
• Facilitate the business trip approval process.
• Register monthly parking and notify building management of any changes.
• Organize company events such as Charity Day and New Years celebrations.
• Head up the logistics for any office renovations and relocations.
• Pick up corporate documents from the registry office and issue as required.
• Work on ad hoc projects and assignments as required from time to time.
• Assist the Human Resource department on various employee management related tasks.
