- Management of admin access accounts

- Management of customer data

- Creation and management of team accounts and custom plan accounts upon request from sales, marketing,

and internal teams

• Benchmarking and research of other services

• Collaboration and support for sales/marketing projects

• Management of customer service emails (Mailchimp, Mandrill)

• Support for management and updates of service terms and conditions

• Support for management and updates of the privacy policy

• Collaboration and governance support with departments related to personal information and legal matters

• Collection of key metrics and support for data analysis (GA, FA)
