[담당업무] 

Logistics operations:

• Prepare, print, pack, and arrange the delivery of the score reports.

• Collect, file, and stock score reports and related materials.

• Follow up with the necessary purchase and managing score reports related to inventory.

• Re-dispatch the returned score reports at the request of test-takers.

• Responsible for submitting monthly reports to LPC Supervisor.

Work as a backup for LPC manager as required.

Customer service:

• Handle general inquiries of test-takers including lost or returned score report via online messenger and incoming calls.

• Responsible for submitting monthly reports to senior marketing manager.

TOEFL Team:

• Coordinate with universities, institutions, and government bodies for TOEFL score verification requests.

• Provide the necessary support to the TOEFL team operations.
