[TikTok] Safety Labeling Quality Assurance (신입/경력)

Our Safety Labeling Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts. Safety Labeling Operations 팀은 폭력, 동물 학대, 혐오 표현, 폭력적 극단주의, 착취, 아동학대 등의 유해한 콘텐츠로부터 모든 유저를 보호하기 위한 업무를 지원합니다. 또한 감사를 수행하고 오류를 식별하며 적시에 문제를 신속하게 해결하여 심사 업무의 우수성을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. -Review content on short-video platforms, select the most suitable labels for the content according to the policies in order to optimize the models; -Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines; -Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions; -Attention to details and provide timely feedback to team leaders. -Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. -숏폼 동영상 플랫폼의 컨텐츠를 검토하고, 내부 정책에 따라 적합한 라벨을 선정하여 컨텐츠 모델 최적화에 기여합니다. -컨텐츠 리뷰 규정과 가이드라인을 이해하여 관련 정책과 지침에 대한 해석과 적용을 지원합니다. -데이터 분석을 활용하여 워크플로우 개선 사항을 확인하고 솔루션을 제안합니다. -세부사항에 주의를 기울이고 팀 리더에게 적시에 피드백을 제공합니다. -해당 직무는 저속하거나 폭력성이 있는 콘텐츠, 포르노, 가짜뉴스 등 민감성이 있는 콘텐츠에 노출될 위험을 내포합니다.
