모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Tech Support, POS Data Management

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 09:00A.M - 18:00P.M

◾ 급여 : $17 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $35,360 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 유급 병가 5일, 유급 휴가 5일, Paid Holidays,교통 지원비 $10/ day, Friday Company Lunch

Job Description

Position	Job Description
Tech Support	Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. Conduct terminal troubleshooting sessions with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records and service logs. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future reference. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions.
POS Data Management	Set up and configure initial data entries, menu, and options for POS systems, including installations on both Windows and Android platforms. Collaborate with POS support members for initial setup and troubleshooting, following up Address and resolve any issues related to data management for POS systems. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to ensure productivity and efficiency.
