[담당업무]

Support the Talent Acquisition function in the full candidate lifecycle form end to end.

Bring the best candidates' experience by job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates, interview arrangement, background checks, and offer management in timely manner.

Assist in strategic sourcing initiative by developing talent pipelines for upcoming roles.

Maintaining various reports on hiring progress tracking and other recruiting metrics.

Learning recruitment strategies, policies and programs that deliver internal and external recruiting results to meet company's strategic needs.

Work closely with global university hiring team to drive university hiring initiatives across the region.

Performing other routine TA basic operations support as when required.

Enhance candidate experience through job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, and offer management.

Develop talent pipelines for future roles.

Maintain hiring progress reports and recruiting metrics.

Learn recruitment strategies to meet company needs.

Collaborate with the global university hiring team.

Assist with PLM and EDA function recruitment.
