[담당업무]
Develop site-specific learning plans to ensure the requirements of both Tesla and academic partners are met for all employees
Develop and deliver technical learning solutions that equip service employees to perform roles safety and to Tesla standards
Teach and facilitate participant learning of all OJT curriculum with an eye for continuous process improvement
Provide ongoing coaching and support to new team members, alumni, and recruits to ensure the Tesla Service mindset is modeled and defectively applied across the program
Provide service-specific training to Tesla Motors’ service staff on electric vehicles equipped with complex automotive/electromechanical systems
Serve as a functioning member of the APAC L&D team
Collaborate with the training team and service manager to validate the skills and expertise of service employees
Maintain expert knowledge of problem solving and customer experience as applied within Tesla service environment
Develop a new technical training curriculum in close consultation with all technical relevant teams
Manage the operations of the training team, including, but not limited to training vehicle maintenance, tool and equipment maintenance, scheduling, communications, safety, etc
