1. New Account Acquisition: - Develop sales strategies and close deals by leveraging Tridge solutions. - Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing. - Generate new leads and pitch Tridge services to potential clients. 2. Account Management: - Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. - Collaborate with Tridge cross-functional stakeholders, to support best practice initiatives throughout the business. - Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Network management to generate recurring revenues, cross-sell, and upsell to existing accounts. - Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Channel Partner Management: - Partially engage in channel partner development and engagement, assisting in the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- BA/BS degree preferred - Up to 5 years of B2B sales and account management experience - Previous experience working with food buyers (retailers and/or distributors); experience in other roles within the agri-food industry is also acceptable - Native speaker or an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English Strong relationship management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-up - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong business acumen, creative thinking, and presentation skills
