모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Air Import

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 09:00A.M ~ 18:00P.M (1hr lunch)

◾ 급여 : $21/an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $43,680/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 1년 병가 5일

Job Description

The intern will receive hands-on training in product logistics management by observing and shadowing the supervisor and the department members in company's daily logistics tasks described below.

In this phase, the intern should learn how to manage various logistics related tasks by acquiring knowledge and skills for coordinating shipment and dispatching related tasks.

The intern will gain knowledge of shipment documents, tax treaties, tariffs, penalties, and American logistics procedures; ability to understand the business environment and relations with port authorities, vendors and related businesses; ability to manage company data, and prepare reports and statements; skills in analyzing business records and troubleshooting the data.

The intern will manage the company and its policies and procedures in the delivery of products and service; take part in general procurement and order processing; communicate and coordinate tasks with shippers/recipients, freight forwarders, customs brokers and company's associates to ensure timely arrival of the shipment orders; ensure accurate processing, distribution and filing of contracts and related documents; communicate contractual administration responsibilities to vendors; prepare shipping documentation and communicate with shipping agents; create invoices, receipts, billing reports, financial statements and general reports.
