3. Finance Support (APO/Xflow):

Assist with financial support tasks, including organizing vendor-related expenses.

Marketing

1. Customer Gift Organization:

Prepare and manage lists for customer gifts, including anniversary and seasonal gifts.

Order and distribute GWP (Gift With Purchase) items, maintaining accurate records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

2. Event Support:

Assist in organizing and executing various events such as:

Frieze: Art fair participation support.

Trunk Show: Coordinate logistics and customer engagement activities.

Year-End VIP Event: Support planning and execution to ensure a memorable experience for VIP customers.
