< General IT Operational Support >

- Assist in tasks assigned by the IT Head

- Provide support for IT operational activities requested by IT staff

- Assist company events such as IT Roadshow or workshops or town halls

- Review the IT audit processes of ERP/SAP and Collaborate with service providers located in India/Malaysia to track progress

- Coordinate office supplies, cost allocation, invoice handling, and expense reporting

< Digitalization Support >

- Leverage Generative AI tools to streamline various IT tasks and processes

- Create and monitor workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
