미국 본토 내에서의 사업 확장을 위해 미국에서 지난해 6개 주, 올해 들어 2개 주에서의 추가적인 사업면허를 신청했고, 지난 5월과 6월 조지아와 애리조나, 메사추세츠에서 사업면허를 취득했습니다.

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : IT

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 주40시간

◾ 급여 : $20 / an hour

◾ 연 환산 급여: 약 $37,440 (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 휴가 5일(6개월 근무이후 월1일 발생), Sick Leave 5일, 휴일 10일(플로팅2일 포함) 기타 지원 없음  

직무안내

This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, and security, making it an excellent opportunity for those interested in technical operations within a corporate environment.

Main Responsibilities:

PC Setup & Maintenance: Set up Windows accounts, assemble monitors, manage LAN cables, back up data, and handle departing employees’ PCs (e.g., removing laptop hard drives).

IT Asset Procurement & Distribution: Research pricing, request purchase orders, process invoices with accounting and vendors, deploy, and install IT equipment.

Technical Troubleshooting: Provide basic tech support for software errors, internet speed issues, and general IT inquiries.

Basic IT Support: Perform password resets, update insurance agent and agency information, and manage other IT-related requests.

IVR System Updates: Modify IVR announcements, update accounts, and replace IVR devices.

IT Asset Management (ITAM): Register, update, and decommission IT assets.

Ticketing System Maintenance: Manage IT ticketing platforms, modify processes, and implement automation improvements.

Cable & Network Equipment Management: Work with cable providers, manage network devices, and maintain SAS workstations.

Virtual PC & Monitoring: Create and manage virtual desktops and coordinate with vendors on support tickets.

Network & External Coordination: Oversee network equipment, liaise with external vendors, manage email requests, and process support tickets.

Support Role (Security & Access Management):

User Access & Security Management: Assign and modify access permissions in BIS/Google Workspace.

Physical & Information Security: Manage key card access and monitor for potential data leaks.

Email Group Management: Maintain recipient groups for agents, banks, and other business partners.

User Access Control: Oversee employee and external personnel access rights, manage PCR processes, and handle security incident notifications.
