WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

[Material management support to ensure product availability]

- Purchase Order for local procurement items (using SAP)

- Create master data for local products (using SAP)

- Van demo stock operational management

- Prepare and maintain logistics report, including inventory/obsolete items

- Support and coordinate logistics inquiries from sales account managers

Distribution (Warehouse and transport) support]

- Maintain logistics documents and coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders

- DHL express shipping booking

- Monthly KPI(Key Performance Indicator) report

- ERP system (SAP) administrative tasks including stock transfer, delivery posting, sample transaction, delivery note creation for special handling items, etc.

[Product certification support]

- Submit and monitor process of oam/cleaner inspection request to KGS(Korea Gas Safety Corporation)

- Send certificate of importation on sales or customer service team’s demand

[Internship Project]

- To be determined (previous Internship project example: Digitalization of local items inventory tracking and smart logistics subscription
