[Education and qualifications]

Open to both undergraduate and graduate students who meets the following requirements and core competencies and skills listed below. 

Will be graduating in Feb. 2026, Aug. 2026, or Feb. 2027 (Is a Must)

Demonstrated leadership in curricular and/or extra-curricular activities

Possess strong business aptitude

Strong interest in business processes and project management

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Fluent communication skills in English

SAP Korea's Vocational Training Program provides an extensive array of opportunities for continual learning and career advancement. Notably, the program includes a ‘rotation’ system that allows you to participate in three different projects or teams within the organization. This facilitation of diverse experiences is designed to provide an enriching and comprehensive understanding of the business environment, which in turn promotes both personal and professional development among students. If you are selected, your first field of rotation will be Delivery area. As a STAR student, you'll gain hands-on experience in consulting and project management, helping to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

Support customer engagement activities: Facilitate communication between SAP and customers by conveying customer requirements to consultants and providing SAP guidelines.

Act as a PMO, monitoring project progress from initiation to delivery and tracking and addressing issues to ensure timely resolution.

Assist in coordinating interdepartmental activities to ensure projects align with solution constraints, required prerequisites, and any changes in the delivered solution.

Support relationship-building with strategic customers and participate in governance processes involving multiple stakeholders.
