모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : 회계, 구매, 장비운영관리

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 08:30AM ~ 17:30PM

◾ 급여: $18~22 / an hour (면접 후 협의)

◾ 연 환산 급여: 약 $37,440~45,760 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

Job Description

포지션	Accountant(회계)

직무정보	Post, Verifies, & Records customer payments & transactions related to AR. Prepare customer statements and collection. Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports and verify accuracy. Bank and Credit card reconciliation. Assist on month-end and year-end closing and auditing. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed. Perform filing, scanning, and copying. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

포지션	Raw material Purchase Specialist(구매)

직무정보	Develop and implement purchasing strategies for raw materials and ingredients. Identify reliable suppliers and build strong supplier relationships. Negotiate contracts and manage pricing to ensure cost efficiency. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies. Analyze market trends and forecasts to anticipate price fluctuations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, Sales, quality assurance) to meet operational needs.
자격조건	경영학, 산업공학 등 관련 상경계열, 식품관련 전공자 우대(재학생, 졸업생 지원 가능) Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the food production industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO). Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Inventory management Ability to lift heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 20 kg]) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

직무정보	Maintaining and cleaning facilities, equipment, and the environment Ensuring office equipment is in good condition by testing and checking for defective components or parts Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of equipment Diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance issues Handling emergency requests for cleaning and maintenance services Communicating with supervisors on the maintenance status of equipment and facilities Attending training sessions about best practices for maintaining and cleaning facilities Complying with health and safety regulations and removing waste from facilities Managing the routine upkeep of outdoor areas, building exteriors, and parking lots Troubleshooting issues with lighting, HVAC systems, and plumbing Overseeing construction and repair work
