모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Marketing Associate, Associate Product Manager

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간

◾ 급여: $18~22 / an hour (면접 후 협의)

◾ 연 환산 급여: 약 $37,440~45,760 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

Job Description

Marketing Associate
⁕ Brand / Trade Marketer 로 train될 수 있는 가능성을 보지만, "필히" 디자인 툴을 다룰 수 있어야합니다
Job Description	Own designs of existing product flyers and presentation deck Utilize Trade Marketing tool to keep product content up to date, new-item setup, and other sales support needs Facilitate packaging design in line with brand style guides with HQ design team Conduct competitive research and stay up to date with design trends and understand the CPG landscape Collaborate with team members to complete creative projects, such as In-house content creation for social media, and other brand communication related materials Develop trade promotion materials and to coordinate trade shows and events Assist with effective brand communication projects including POS, digital, social, etc. Support sales team and any product/brand related tasks
Skills/Qualifications	1+ years of design experience, ideally with some agency experience and or CPG background B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience in Design or comparable creative field Proficient with Adobe Creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive and upbeat personality

Associate Product Manager
Job Description	Support the Product Manager in developing products from concept to commercialization across various categories. Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify product opportunities. Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/programs and provide insights to relevant business teams. Assist in managing the NPD (New Product Development) pipeline, aligning with brand objectives and business goals. Support the go-to-market strategy and ensure successful product launches. Assist in developing trade promotion materials for trade shows and brand-related events. Maintain and manage product specifications, sales information, and marketing collateral (e.g., sell sheets, brochures). Provide product-related support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies.
Skills/Qualifications	Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred). 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related roles in the CPG industry Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across team Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Passion for the food industry and consumer trends.
