모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : International Trade Intern - Management Support

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월

◾ 근무시간: 09:00AM ~ 18:00PM (1hr lunch)

◾ 급여: $18 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $37,440 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 점심 제공 (if working in office), Paid Time Off (1 hour accrued for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours accrued in a year)

Job Description

Record and analyze data using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Generate Profit and Loss performance reports using Microsoft Office Excel and present to upper management
Assist in maintaining accurate and updated accounting records of AR and AP
Monitor daily emails in English via Gmail
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors in English via Gmail and telephone
Receive, review, print, scan, store, and retrieve financial documents using a combination of paper and cloud storage via Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive
Retrieve documents using company-provided software and reconcile with existing documentation
Participate in team meetings (virtual or in-office) as needed
Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure timely and efficient ways of documentation
Collaborate with the Operations Department to optimize cost-saving opportunities
Set objectives and goals with the team and constantly find ways to improve work processes
Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment necessary for daily operations
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited: to managing meetings, handling correspondence, ad hoc reporting, and other projects as assigned by upper management
Adhere to safety protocols to meet COVID-19 guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
