Recording the cost of newly account payable transactions based on group accounting policies

Research and verify discrepancies in a current and accurate manner

Fixed asset management

Monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets

Recommend to management any updates to accouting policies and procedure related to fixed assets

Assign tag number to fixed assets     

Recored fixed assets acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system

Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset acounts and close out thosed accounts once the related projects have been completed

Calculate depreciation of all fixed assets

Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets

Conduct analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management

Prepare audit schedules relaing to fixed assets and assist the auditors in the inquires

Create monthly forecast and annual budget for all fixed asset related general ledger accounts and perform variance analysis as needed
