Retail Operations Intern (6 months renewable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure to roll out global excellence guidelines to Korea to elevate client experience.

* Sales

- Update and maintain sales reports on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring that they reflect the most current sales data

- Thoroughly validate and conclude monthly sales figures to guarantee the accuracy and precision of the data

*Operations

- Ensure the administrative activities are done with the Brand Guidelines and Retail Handbook. Ensure that all administrative tasks are performed in accordance with the guidelines and policies

- Follow up on store daily operation

- Monitor and oversee the daily operations of the store

- Act as a point of contact between the store and the Facilities and IT departments, collaborating with both the Hong Kong (HK) and local IT teams

- Manage various back-office activities, including those related to security (Secom), corporate mobile services, shopping bags, and related expenses

- Ensure that routine maintenance tasks for the store are carried out with attention to detail and in compliance with standards

- Oversee and manage the monthly expenses associated with the store

- Handle tasks related to the management of uniforms, including processing, control, and budgeting

- Fluency in Excel and PPT

- Multitasking and well organized

- Passionate Person who knows the importance of small operation
