What You'll Do

We accept online applications from exceptional business school, engineering, science, law, and humanities students who are nearing completion of their MBA/PhD/MD/JD degree. As a Summer Consultant at BCG, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge.  You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.

What You'll Bring

MBA, PhD, MD, or JD students from Top US/UK/Europe schools with graduation dates between December 2025 – August 2026 (Class of 2026) 

Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills

A hypothesis-driven problem solving approach

Good numerical skills

Team spirit, open and positive in a group dynamic

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in both Korean and English is highly required

Eligible to work for the summer 2025 in BCG Seoul Office
