Job Responsibilities 

Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and timely

Respond to the queries from business partners in a timely manner 

Escalate issues and challenges on time

Adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction processing teams

Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and the local regulatory rules

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree

Experience with International Payment Processing Operations

Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

Ability to multi-task & accuracy

Proficiency in English and Korean with strong verbal and written communications skills

Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good team player

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Working knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices is preferred
