[자격 요건]

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Product Manager in payroll industry.

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, preferably Korean Payroll

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and tools.

Technical aptitude with a good understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.

Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
