◾ 채용부문 : Paint Process Jr Engineer, Quality Entry Level

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 오전 8시 - 오후 5시 (직무별 Shift 근무 가능성 있음-인터뷰시 문의)

◾ 급여 : $19 / hour

◾ 연 환산 급여: 약 $39,520(주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

Paint Process Jr Engineer
This position requires an experienced professional with comprehensive experience in paint processes and will be responsible for developing optimal Flame, Co2, Prime, Base and Clear processes.
Responsibilities	Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of painting engineers and technicians to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Design and optimize painting processes, methodologies, and techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase productivity. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to investigate and resolve painting-related quality issues. Ensure all painting processes adhere to environmental regulations and safety standards. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of painting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and minimizing downtime. Develop and manage the departmental budget effectively, optimizing resources and controlling costs. Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress towards goals. Plan, organize, and supervise daily assembly operations to meet production targets and client delivery schedules. Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure that client orders are fulfilled accurately and non-time. Oversee the maintenance and repair of assembly line equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any personnel issues as they arise. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development. Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with the quality assurance team. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred, not mandated) Hands-on experience with robotic painting environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Bilingual in Korean and English highly desired.
Quality Entry Level
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of document preparation tasks, import inspections, process inspections, and final product inspections.
Responsibilities	Process Preparation Prepare management plans to guide quality assurance processes. Develop inspection standards to maintain consistent product quality. Generate Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) for 4M change situations. Request regular testing from customers to validate product quality. Identify the root causes of quality issues and formulate improvement strategies. Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed. Inspections: Conduct import inspections for resin materials in the molding process. Perform import inspections for paint materials used in our products. For Molding: Measure moisture content after drying resin. Inspect ultra-small and medium-sized products for quality compliance. Conduct final shipment inspections to ensure product quality. For Painting: Perform process circuit inspections. Measure coating thickness and assess adherence to quality standards. Perform final shipment inspections to verify paint quality. For Assembly: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Approve or reject parts based on inspection and testing results. Release products that meet quality standards for further processing or shipment.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in quality assurance and inspection processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards is a plus.
