● 직무명 : Maintenance Engineering Operator 1. Equipment Maintenance: 2. Troubleshooting: 3. Repair & Replacement: 4. System Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance using diagnostic tools and control systems to detect early failure signs. 5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, part replacements, and equipment performance data. 6. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents. 7. Collaboration: Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations. 8. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for routine and emergency repairs. 9. Energy Efficiency: Participate in energy management programs by optimizing equipment settings for energy-efficient operation. 10. Training: Provide technical training to new team members and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

- 인턴 12개월

- Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for working effectively with team members and explaining issues clearly. - Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in shifts and respond flexibly in emergency situations. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in machinery maintenance, electrical work, or related fields are preferred. - Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in the maintenance environment.

급여/베네핏

연봉 약 6,000만원 내외 ($20/hrs, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)
