모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Freight Forwarding 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 주 40시간

◾ 급여 : $17.50 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $36,400/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

Job Description

The Freight Forwarding internship position will be responsible for working with Freight Forwarding Team members to perform activities including but not limited to import logistics, export logistics, and export customer fulfillment.  This internship role will provide invaluable exposure to the Freight Forwarding industry which includes working with internal employees (including management), external vendors, and customers.  

 Process and manage export and import shipments and arrange delivery (i.e. make a booking with an airline and/or steamship line). 

 Maintain the accuracy of daily shipment information including track and trace of loads.   

 Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and various vendors. 

 Expedite clearance and delivery to exceed customer requirements and expectations. 

 Providing superior customer service to address customer questions and concerns. 

 Accurate and timely billing to customers. 

 Additional duties as assigned.
