Responsibilities 

Operate and manage vacuum equipment  

Measure OLED devices and analyze performance data  

Design and analyze OLED device structures  

Analyze electrical and optical properties of organic compounds  

Lead and manage individual R&D projects 

Translate R&D objectives into business-aligned actions 

Draft and understand patents related to project outcomes 

Required Qualifications 

MS in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Display Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field 

Strong knowledge of the chemical, electrical, or optical properties of organic compounds 

Creativity and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Team player in a multidisciplinary setting 

Strong verbal and written communication of complex ideas and results
