Job Description & Role Responsibilities

Supervise the ordering system, control and approve Orders (POs) and Renewals (RNs) in compliance with 3DS policies and rules.

Train and advise Sales Organizations and Distributors in the execution of the Order To Cash (OTC) process.

Contribute to OTC process documentation and to the ordering tools evolution and testing.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Comfortable using AI tools or open to learning and applying them quickly

Fast learner with a growth mindset, even without extensive prior experience

Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated in learning and driving tasks forward

Prior internship experience is a plus

This position is a 6-month contract role, with a target start date in July 2025.
