What You'll Do

Brand Acquisition & Sales Support: Assist in approaching and acquiring Korean beauty brands interested in expanding to the Japanese market through influencer marketing.

Campaign Planning & Execution: Help develop and execute influencer campaigns tailored to brand needs.

KOL Communication: Contact, manage, and coordinate with Japanese influencers (KOLs) to ensure smooth collaboration and campaign success.

Client Relationship Management: Support ongoing communications with clients, including proposals, updates, and feedback handling.

Cross-Border Coordination: Liaise with our Japan Influencer Management team to align campaign goals, timelines, and influencer activations.

Performance Tracking: Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), compile reports, and suggest ways to optimize campaign results.

Who You Are

University student or recent graduate with a strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, or beauty and lifestyle.

Native or business-level Japanese for internal communication and KOL coordination with basic Korean communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with both brand representatives and influencers.

English proficiency is a plus and not a must.

Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
