[BASIC QUALIFICATIONS]

1. Controls system: experience building unified automated control system for enterprise level clients, consolidating equipment and subsystems; hardware, software, networking products from multiple vendors, ability to understand PID loop tuning, feedback theory, and industry standard programming: Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Sequential Function Chart, Script Programming Languages

2. Project management: ability to understand electrical diagrams, control diagrams, control networks schematics, control panel Bill of Materials (BoM), control panel schematics, experience in inspection, testing and commissioning, ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, stakeholder expectations, vendor/sub-contractors, multiple concurrent deliverables.

3. Language skills: Business level English and intermediate level Korean

[PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS]

1. Critical environments experience: data centers (preferred) or other critical environments (defense, pharmaceutical, hospitals, research laboratories, oil and gas)

2. Electrical or mechanical controls systems experience

3. Controls construction or service experience, in one or more of: a) Controls system architecture design, b) Controls system installation, c) Controls quotation and procurement

4. Controls technology experience, with three years experience in one or more of: a)Building Management Systems (BMS) (Siemens: Apogee, Honeywell: Building Controls, Trend: Building Controls, Schneider Electric: Struxureware/EcoStruxure, Rockwell Automation: FactoryTalk, Tridium: Niagara, Johnson Controls: Metasys), b)Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)(Eaton: Foreseer, ABB: Decathlon, Schneider Electric: PowerLogic/Power Monitoring Expert, Inductive Automation: Ignition, Industrial Protocols: BACnet, Modbus, LON)

5. Education and certification: B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline, Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or related project management certification
