Key Responsibilities

PR & Marketing

1. Translate global PR releases and other documents.

2. Regularly monitor, clip, and update press lists from magazines, newspapers, and social media.

3. Distribute look books and monthly press releases.

4. Coordinate photo shoot schedules between press and boutique.

5. Support the development of events, promotions, etc.

Event & CRM

1. Assist in event planning and follow-up.

2. Coordinate visitor schedule follow-up and search for Key Opinion Leaders(KOLs). 

3. Handle orders and stock management for Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Gifts With Purchase (GWP).

4. Search for and contact GWP suppliers, and manage order follow-ups.

General Marketing

1. Manage marketing expenses, purchase orders, and vendor creation.

2. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

3. Address store requests regarding direct marketing and brand imaging.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or expected graduates are welcome.

2. Preferably with PR and marketing experience in a global luxury brand.

3. A strong team player who is also self-motivated.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, digital media experience is a plus.

5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
