[미국인턴] OEM 및 개인 라벨 서비스 전문 제약회사 - QA/QC 인턴 채용

2017년에 설립된 건강기능식품 전문 제조기업으로 OEM 및 개인 라벨 서비스를 전문으로 하고 있습니다. 당사의 제품은 GMP 표준 작업장 및 필수 QA/QC 전문 품질 관리에서 생산됩니다. 3000여개 이상의 공식을 개발한 경험 있으며 생산범위는 알약부터 액상 형태까지 다양합니다. 현재 채용 중인 곳은 캘리포니아 Office입니다.

● 직무명 : QA/QC 1. Perform routine testing of in-process raw materials, blends, encapsulated, and finish good products under SOPs. 2. Assist in the development of test methods for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. 3. Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. 4. Perform planned audits, and complaint follow-ups to ensure company Quality Control standards are maintained. 5. Ensure proper documentation in laboratory notebooks and/or logbooks and double-check the work of other analysts. 6. Report all deviations from Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, and specification requirements immediately to the supervisor/manager. 7. Follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, and safety rules (including Personal Protective Equipment –PPE); enforce all these practices, standards, and rules with all employees. 8. Conduct GMP inspections in all areas and ensure adherence to Food Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness is maintained. 9. Report all deviations from product specifications and parameters immediately to Quality Management. 10. Report unsafe work conditions to management in real-time. 11. Report any deficiencies that may pose a food safety threat to management as soon as they are observed.

- 인턴 12개월

- Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English. - Demonstrate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures as well as GLPs and GDPs. - HACCP certified Preferred. - Excellent organization skills, self-motivation, and to work in a fast-paced dynamic setting. - Ensure proper documentation in laboratory notebooks and/or logbooks and double-check the work of other analysts. - Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods. - Attention to detail and organization skills.

연봉 : $17 / hrs or up (한화 약 4,800만원 내외, 환율에 따라 상이) 

- 주5일 40시간 근무
