모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : MES Associate Engineer Intern 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 ~

◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간 (3교대 근무 가능성 있음)

◾  급여: $18 / an hour 

◾  연 환산급여: 약 $37,440 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾  급여 외 보상 : Shared housing in a two-occupant apartment and a shared car provided 

◾  자격조건 : Korean & English Bilingual Preferred

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Regional Operations Center (ROC), you’ll support critical MES functions while gaining hands-on exposure to live production environments. This position is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build foundational skills in industrial systems and software.

MES Support & Operations

• Monitor MES and production systems in real time across rotating shifts (24/7) shift rotations (3-shift schedule)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the production floor to maintain stability and uptime

• Analyze data processing systems and identify performance improvements. 

Learning & Development Path

• Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning during the initial phase.

• Master MES workflows and production support systems.

Software Enhancement & Development

• Contribute to MES development projects, including new features and functionality.

• Build applications using languages like Java, Python, C++, C#, or SQL.

• Collaborate on continuous system enhancements and performance optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Exposure to programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, or SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

• Team collaboration in IT projects through internships, coursework, or personal projects.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work a rotating 3-shift schedule (Day, Evening, Night)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred for effective team communication
