Position Overview

The Junior Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and event coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to develop a career in sales, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

● Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels (online research, inbound inquiries, CRM, events, etc.)

● Initiate outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team

● Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales events (webinars, trade shows, conferences, etc.)

● Assist in preparing event materials, managing registrations, and following up with event attendees

● Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Managers to align lead generation and event strategies

● Track and report on lead generation and event metrics to sales management

● Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up

● Provide administrative support to the inside sales team as needed

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing)

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Excellent organizational and time management abilities

● Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

● Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and social media

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

● Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is an advantage but not required
