As part of the Omnichannel Operations team, the intern will play a key supporting role in enabling seamless digital customer engagement and campaign execution across therapeutic areas. Responsibilities will include: • Supporting content review and approval processes via internal systems (Veeva Vault, Promomats), including English-Korean translation for regulatory and promotional materials. • Assisting in the creation and localization of internal communication materials to support key omnichannel initiatives. • Verifying HCP status and managing registrant data to ensure the accuracy of digital campaign targeting. •Participating in campaign analytics and reporting activities, such as extracting GA4 viewer data, processing raw datasets, and helping compile final reports. •Contributing to the smooth execution of internal omnichannel transformation projects through logistical and operational support. This role offers a broad exposure to omnichannel marketing operations in the pharmaceutical industry, with opportunities to learn cross-functional collaboration, system usage, and data-driven campaign planning.

• 고등학교졸업이상, 졸업 예정자 지원가능 (국내외 대학교 또는 대학원 재학생) 단, 근무 기간 내 졸업 시 대상이 되지 않으며 졸업생 또한 대상이 되지 않음 We are looking for a motivated individual with the following preferred qualifications: · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data handling skills · Familiarity with digital tools such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, and Google Analytics (GA4) is a plus · Working-level English proficiency with clear communication skills (verbal and written) · Strong attention to detail and a responsible, proactive work ethic · Willingness to learn and collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment · Interest in digital marketing and pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus
