[The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:]

As a Customer Engineer Intern for Moloco’s MSM product, you will help drive the success of some of the world’s most recognized OTT platforms by supporting their ad business growth using Moloco’s technology. You’ll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, provide operational support, and relay customer feedback to improve our product and processes.

Your work will directly contribute to product-market fit by identifying client needs and enabling the delivery of data-driven solutions. Ultimately, your contributions will help ensure our customers achieve their revenue goals — and that means success for Moloco, too.

[The Opportunity:]

Gain hands-on experience supporting global MSM clients in a fast-paced adtech environment

Assist in operational tasks such as incident management, feature rollout coordination, and performance reviews

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver client solutions

Analyze campaign or platform data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization

Help build foundational processes and best practices for future TAM/customer engineering roles
