Creative Team Support 1. Process all sample requests from the Creative team or other departments as needed 2. Maintain detailed records of all sample requests and ensure timely procurement and distribution to stakeholders 3. Collaborate with vendors or internal resources to fulfill requests 4. Manage purchase requests for materials, props, and equipment related to creative projects 5. Assist in managing deadlines and supporting communication related to schedules 6. Support photo shoot preparation and coordination (including lunch orders and on-site setup) 7. Assist the Sr. Traffic Coordinator in organizing internal and retailer meetings, and participate in weekly Sales, Marketing, and Product Development team meetings 8. Support invoice processing and budget record management 9. Provide overall administrative support within the Creative department 10. Assist in distributing work to the Packaging, Photography, Social/Digital teams

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. - Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors. - Proficiency in maintaining records, tracking requests, and managing schedules. - Ability to manage purchase requests and budget-related documentation accurately. - Experience supporting creative projects, including photo shoots and event preparation. - Proficiency in administrative tasks, including meeting organization and work distribution.
