◾ 채용부문 : Logistics Operation, Drayage Customer Service

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 08:00AM - 17:00PM (1hour lunch)

◾ 급여 : $21-22 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $43,680 - 45,760 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여외 보상 : 3DAY OF SICK DAYS

Position	Job Description
Logistics Operation	Manage day to day import/export, air/ocean & transportation operations Create air/ocean export documentation including MB/L instruction, MAWB, HB/L or HAWB, manifest, invoices, delivery orders and file reports Manage AR/AP and Profit & Loss report and generate timely A/R, A/P billing and Report Profit & Loss Monitor all cargoes and provide reports to direct manager to avoid future issues Closely monitor and communicate effectively with customers throughout the logistics activity and a high volume of e-mails, phone calls Set objects and goals within the team and constantly improve operating process Ability to manage and provide proper trainings to the team members in order to provide excellent customer service
Drayage Customer Service	Coordinate the timely movement of containers and freight to and from various locations, including ports, warehouses, and customer facilities. Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of shipments. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any issues or delays that may arise. Assign tasks and routes to drivers based on load requirements, pickup/delivery schedules, and customer requests. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including pickup and delivery times, container numbers, and any special handling instructions. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) or software to manage and track shipments, update information, and generate reports as needed. Resolve any problems or discrepancies related to shipments, such as rerouting, damaged cargo, or scheduling changes. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
