모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Warhouse Associate, Warehouse Logistics Team Associate, Sales Associate

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월

◾ 근무시간 : 8:30AM - 17:30PM

◾ 급여 : $20/hr

◾연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600/year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 :

- 12 days of paid time off (PTO) in the first year, with annual increases based on tenure

Job Description

Warehouse Associate
Key Responsibilities	Inventory checking and adjustment Product picking, inspection, labeling, and packing Support for inbound and outbound product shipments Updating information in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) Improving the warehouse environment Shipping via UPS and USPS Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements	Teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Proficiency in Korean (Preferred) Attention to detail and responsibility Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws

Warehouse Logistics Team Associate
Key Responsibilities	Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to inbound shipments from Korea Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Schedule truck pickups/deliveries and track associated logistics and transportation costs Process shipments through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers Manage inventory and purchasing of warehouse and office supplies (e.g., shipping boxes, stretch wrap, sealing tape, printer ink, stationery) Monitor supply levels, track usage, and reorder materials as needed Perform data entry and maintain accurate logistics and inventory records Support invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and basic reporting related to warehouse operations Participate in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the logistics workflow Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is properly filed and organized (e.g., BOLs, packing slips, invoices) Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics and warehouse team Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, purchasing) to facilitate smooth inventory flow
Qualifications & Requirements	Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in logistics or warehouse administration is preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.

Sales Associate
Job Description	At our California branch, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Korean beauty brand. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skincare and cosmetics and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development within the fast-growing K-Beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities	Sales & Customer Engagement Assist in generating sales by promoting Korean beauty products to clients and retailers. Provide product recommendations and educate customers on skincare and beauty trends. Support the sales team in managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships. Account & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Assist in tracking and following up on leads to secure new business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Product & Market Knowledge Stay up to date with the latest Korean beauty trends and product innovations. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demand.
Qualifications & Requirements	0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field (beauty industry experience is a plus). Passion for Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus to support communication with Korean customers and the HQ, but not required.
