담당업무

Assist daily omnichannel operations by communicating with the stores, retail, logistics, IS&T, CS, and the warehouse. Report and follow up on any technical issues related to the omni tools Project Coordination: Contribute to the testing phases of new functionalities, launches, etc. Produce weekly or monthly analytical reports related to e-com/omni sales & operational performance (Excel, business intelligence tools, Google Analytics, Sales Force reports). Create ad hoc reports on operations or to meet regional needs (from BI / Y2 / Sales Force Data).

우대조건

Education: A bachelor’s degree Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury is highly appreciated. Strengths and Personal Qualities: Excellent communication & teamwork Affinity for digital and information systems Advanced Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); Pivot Tables, V Look ups, etc. Rigorous, organized, and multitasking profile Comfortable with numerical analysis Excellent English
