· Creative : The ability to understand strategies and develop creative ideas that align with them

· Art directing : The ability to visually implement creative ideas

· Collaboration: The ability to communicate and co-work with counter parts such as brand team, other external partners

▶Qualification (자격요건)

· Proven experience as an Art Director within an advertising agency.

· Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and visual

ideation across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and guide cross-functional creative teams.

· Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand strategy, with the ability to translate insights into emotionally resonant creative.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and clients.

· Strong ability for collaboration and coopertation with other teams or stakeholders

· Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with creative production processes, from concept development to final execution (bonus: experience with motion/film production).

· A passionate and proactive attitude with both a creator’s mindset and a brand manager’s point of view.
