Brand Support and Execution Assist in planning and executing brand marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, events). Coordinate with internal marketing teams (RRP, RMC, Consumer Insight) to ensure seamless implementation Support brand asset localization (messaging, internal communication, etc.) Consumer Journey and Experience Mapping Assist in collecting and analyzing consumer feedback (surveys, digital channels, and offline activities) Support mapping of end-to-end consumer journeys (awareness to acquisition to retention) Help identify friction points and recommend improvement ideas Market and Competitor Analysis Track competitor activities, pricing changes, product launches, and market trends Prepare periodic performance reports to support brand strategy decisions Conduct basic consumer insight gathering (surveys, social listening, field visits) Administrative and Operational Task Handle routine RRP team's operations (meeting notes, file organization, reports, competitors' trackers) Manage sample requests, product inventories, and internal approvals

Consumer Experience & Global Consumer Care Support Support monitoring, consolidation, and progress tracking of consumer experience cases aligned with GCC standards, enabling timely issue identification and structured escalation management. Assist in compiling consumer feedback across channels and preparing concise insight summaries. Updates of consumer facing global guidelines, FAQs, and knowledge assets to ensure consistency with GCC global standards. Digital Journey Optimization & Performance Support Support New Product launch readiness by reviewing digital touchpoints, confirming system alignment (web/eCRM). Support review of GA metrics, including traffic quality, funnel conversion, and interaction behavior. Conduct Website QA for systematic checks of consumer funnel flows to ensure journey stability and identify issues. Integrated Marketing project & Asset Coordination Support the preparation of planning decks, performance updates, internal alignment documents, and cross-functional communication materials. Assist in development and execution support for omnichannel promotions aligned with business priorities and brand direction. Coordinate asset development with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and brand consistency. Market Intelligence, Trend Analysis & Operational Support Conduct research on emerging trends across FMCG, competitors' digital engagement, and consumer behavior, synthesizing key implications for the business. Assist in managing marketing asset inventory, tracking vendor requests, and maintaining documentation for operational accuracy. Support PR/PO/GR alignment and maintenance of the RRP budget log documents.
Major in Marketing or a related Business field 1+ years of FMCG marketing would be an advantage Fluent in English and Korean Understanding of digital platforms and consumer trends. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze basic digital performance metrics such as GA and website funnels. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Strong communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders. Proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine interest in digital and consumer experience.

Monitor and share industry news: Monitor daily updates on competitors, regulatory changes, and international market trends, and share relevant industry news with employees. Develop draft reports to be shared with the region and global teams when necessary. Regulation & Legislation research & document review: Assist in researching and organizing domestic and international regulations and legal updates according to team initiatives, contributing to reviewing reports. Support planning and executing the internal/Community Investment project: Assist in planning and executing internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement, while also encouraging employee participation in realizing CI initiatives. Support developing draft reports: Assist in providing technical support for creating business-related materials such as PowerPoint presentations, advocacy documents, and position papers.
Applicants who are expected to graduate or have graduated from a university Any field of internship experience is welcome. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Korean Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills with stakeholders. Diligent, highly responsible, and eager to learn, with a deep interest in the industry environment. Proficiency in PPT & photo/video editing is preferred.

Support Legal Team in providing legal advice to various functions by reviewing corporate and commercial matters (including tobacco regulations, labor laws, commercial law, competition law, criminal law, and civil law etc.) Provide support for the implementation of new projects undertaken by the Legal Team Contribute to video editing and production projects for legal communications and presentations Report drafting support (PPT deck, etc.) Contract management Participation in the North Asia Legal team meeting by sharing market trends and regulations
