✔️ World Food Forum National Youth Chapter of the Republic of Korea (NC of ROK) 는 어떤 단체인가요?

➝ National Youth Chapters는 유엔식량농업기구(FAO) 산하 World Food Forum(WFF)의 미션과 원칙에 따라 활동하는 자율적인 청년 플랫폼입니다.
각 국가 내 다양한 파트너 및 청년 조직으로 구성되어 있으며, 지속 가능한 농식품 시스템으로의 전환을 목표로 정책 제안, 프로젝트, 캠페인, 행사 기획 등 다양한 활동을 수행합니다.

NC of ROK는 2023년 유엔식량농업기구 한국협력연락사무소의 지원을 받아 설립되었으며, 청년들이 주체적으로 지역·글로벌 이슈에 대한 해결책을 모색하고 이를 실제 행동으로 옮길 수 있도록 지원하고 있습니다.

expand your global network, and actively contribute to sustainable agrifood systems! 👥🌱

✔️ What is the World Food Forum National Youth Chapter of the Republic of Korea (NC of ROK)?

→ National Youth Chapters are self-organized national youth platforms operating in line with the mission and principles of the World Food Forum (WFF) under the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
They are composed of networks of youth, partners, and organizations within each country and work toward the transition to sustainable agrifood systems through projects, advocacy, and events.

NC of ROK was established in 2023 with the support of the FAO Partnership and Liaison Office in the ROK.
NC of ROK empowers young people to explore solutions to agrifood, environmental, and social challenges and turn their ideas into action.

👥 Who can apply?

• Interested in UN & FAO–related activities

• Committed to sustainable agrifood systems

• Open to global youth networking and collaboration

• Passionate about environmental and social issues

• Curious about NC activities

🔑 What are the benefits?
