모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Operation Support

◾ 근무시간 : 09:00A.M ~ 18:00P.M (1hr lunch)

◾ 급여 : $17.5 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $36,400 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 점심제공, PTO, Paid Sick Leaves(Up to 48 hours per year), Personal Day (1 day per year), Paid Holidays, 오버타임근무시 오버타임 페이 지급 (1.5x pay)

◾ 자격조건 : 영어 능통자 우대

Job Description

The intern will participate in operational support activities within the Express Team, with exposure to documentation flow, coordination processes, and basic warehouse-related operations. All activities will be conducted under the direction and supervision of authorized operational staff.

The intern’s role may include participation in the following support activities:

• Assisting with shipment documentation handling and verification activities under supervision
• Assisting with data review and preparation activities related to export filings
• Supporting vendor follow-up processes related to missing or incomplete documents (e.g., commercial invoices, HTS codes), under guidance
• Participating in internal and external communication related to shipment status and document readiness, as directed
• Supporting shipment tracking, status updates, and basic operational reporting activities
• Participating in supervised warehouse-related activities, such as visually checking cargo, matching cargo to documentation, and supporting receiving coordination
• Assisting with administrative support activities as part of the overall operational workflow
• Participating in other operational support activities as assigned by the operations team
